You can track your parcel quickly and easily via GDEX’s Tracking tool. Simply enter your consignment number or customer reference number to track your shipment.
It is possible that the sender has yet to drop the shipment to GDEX. Once the sender transmits their daily electronic information to GDEX, you will be able to track your package.
Yes, GDEX uses proprietary tracking technology to ensure all shipment’s status are updated promptly.
Our next day delivery is available for regular service areas or major towns in Peninsular Malaysia, and 1 to 3 working days for major towns in East Malaysia (3 to 5 working days for outskirt areas), subject to flight availability or abnormal circumstances.
For international shipments, the delivery time will depend on the destination country and customs clearance processes. International deliveries can be as fast as next day, or few working days.
Yes, as a sender, you will be equipped with shipment status reports when you login to our online portals.
Ex:
Success = Shipment successfully delivered,
Pending = The CN is pending being picked-up,
Pickup = The CN has been picked up,
InTransit = The CN is in transit (either in hub/branch),
OutForDelivery = The CN is heading out for delivery,
Delivered = The CN is delivered to customer,
Returned = The CN is returned to shipper upon their request,
Claim = The CN is under going investigation for claim.
