How can I add Enhanced Liability to my shipments?2022-12-14T15:41:34+08:00

For online users:

  1. Log in to myGDEX or myGDEX Prime.
  2. Go to “Create CN”. Enhanced Liability will be offered when booking a shipment order.
  3. Click on the checkbox to add Enhanced Liability and click “Submit”.
  4. Enhanced Liability will be added to the shipment.
  5. Proceed to print the CN label and ship out your parcel.

For walk-in customers:
Go to any of our GDEX branches, lodge-in centres, distribution centres, agents or POP Plus. Request to add on Enhanced Liability from our customer service representatives.

The Enhanced Liability limit covers up to a maximum value of RM10,000. However, my shipment is worth more than RM10,000. Can I increase my coverage?2022-12-14T15:41:48+08:00

How do I file a claim?2022-12-14T15:42:32+08:00

For myGDEX Prime claims:

Log in to myGDEX Prime and click on the “Claim” tab. Then, submit the complete and accurate information, as well as attach supporting documents. We will take over the process from there. Do ensure that your claim is submitted within fourteen (14) days from the shipment pick-up date or 72 hours upon arrival at the destination, whichever earlier.

For walk-in customers & myGDEX claims:

Provide GDEX with accurate information and supporting documents as required. We will take over the process from there. Do ensure your claim is submitted within fourteen (14) days from the shipment pick-up date or 72 hours upon arrival at the destination, whichever earlier.

Standard claims will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of GDEX’s receipt of relevant documents. We may need to review selected cases, and it may take a longer time for these claims to be approved.
