If you are not at home, we will attempt the following:-

Re-attempt Delivery : Our delivery guy will leave a delivery notice or contact you to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time.

Self-Collection at GDEX Centre : In some cases, if no one is available at your address, the driver might take the package back to a nearby GDEX Centre or a designated pickup point. You will then need to visit the centre or pickup point to collect the package yourself. They may leave a notification or contact you to inform you of the redirection.
