Custom Declaration

This Notice is to inform our valued customers that all goods meant for import and export either under import/export duty or otherwise must be declared accordingly. The referred requirement is in line with the Custom Act 1967 under Section 78 to Section 87 stating that Importer and Exporter is required to make a true and fair declaration regardless of the goods being imported or exported are dutiable or non-dutiable; failing which the offender would be charged with a penalty of not exceeding Twenty Thousand Ringgit Malaysia (RM20,000.00) or an imprisonment term of not exceeding 5 years.
